An important part of positive mental health is to be grateful for what we have. I am grateful for Jesus Christ, my pets, my shelter over my head, the money I have saved for my pets health care, my friends, my life. So, what are you grateful for today?

i have rated this thread "excellent" ruth. i wanna say that iam grateful for...

my parents being of good health with no health issues as they are elderly. grateful that iam still healthy without any major illnesses. and grateful that ive met so many friendly folks in my travels across the net since 2006.

I am grateful I have found my family on the internet at Facebook. My mom married another guy and he had 4 kids and I've befriended them on FB. My mom divorced him and I had not been in touch with them for many many many years.
