We do not. We have friends who do and get our dog a treat and a toy. We tend to reciprocate, especially with some special treats.

Considered it, but no, I don't. For me that would mean treating my cat to something other than kibble. I'm a vegan, but my cat is not of course, but the food I provide for her is a large percentage grain. If she needs more than that she can supplement by hunting.

I show my friend love every day without special considerations for holidays.

My cat doesn't know it's Christmas, probably doesn't care that it's Christmas, and wouldn't associate a gift with the season so, no. He gets a small piece of whatever meat we're having but that's it. And any time we're cooking anything like chicken or turkey he usually gets a taste of it.

Normally not but we have one shop with really cheap stuff and they had a dog basket for 6 euro or so and I bought that for my rabbit.
