What is your worst online shopping experience?

On Black Friday, I was shopping at JC Penney and put stuff into my cart, but then in order to get one of my discounts, I needed to sign in and it wouldn't accept my credentials!! I couldn't get my deals A couple hours later, I was able to sign in with the same credentials, but the deals were over.

Ordering anything from the diabetic supply company that my son uses is a horrible experience. It often takes them 1-2 weeks or more to complete the order and get it sent to us. The last time it took over 2 weeks to get here

I ordered from a Black-owned company -Camille Rose Naturals. I heard she had great products for naturally curly hair. Doing the 'curly girl' method, I thought I would give it a try, having hair like Yeshua/ Jesus, I am always looking for products to tame my mane! The first time I ordered, no problem. The second and LAST time I ordered, I only received half of my order and they stole $60 from me. I emailed, they responded promising to send my remaining order but never did. I put in a complaint with BBB. I noticed A LOT of complaints of the same experience. I left a bad review stating that just because you are a Black company, that does not entitle you to not be held accountable! Lol! Anyway, not worth the time or money to pursue.

I seldom buy stuff online so don't have very many experiences, positive or negative. I prefer to buy things in person.
