Wow, I was going to say that's a high entrance fee LOL

How long does it take to walk through the place and what other attractions are available?
Not sure yet. We were invited and don't really know what to expect. Something about a corvette museum and a sinkhole lol. #prophetic

Getting ready to go to the creation museum and Noah's ark.

I've never given any consideration to visiting a creation museum. Noah's ark? I thought that was supposed to be in Turkey or Armenia.

Do you think there really was a wooden ark filled with two of every kind of animal and seven of every kind of "clean" animal? It seems like it would be hard to fit several million different kinds of animals into a wooden boat.

I lean to confirming to scripture even if it is difficult to understand (Romans 12:2)

You were taught it wasn't true?

I believe it. As Rens pointed out there are some amazing things you believe in. Don't stop at that. God can do wondrous things :)

Absolutely I do. It is this type of thing that makes people question everything in the bible, personally I believe it is all true and while there are parables and other things in here I believe with the Holy Spirit we can know the truth without it it is just words on a page. It is sad that so many today reject the Holy Spirit and God speaking to us and fewer still that take the time alone with God needed to find Him

No, I was not taught that the story of Noah and the ark was untrue. I wonder how all the animals managed to fit in. It's an interesting conundrum.

That's easy, ~Jo~ ....
We're all here, because we're not all there. :spinningsmilie: Jesus loves you, and I think it's safe to say we all here do, too. :) :empathy:

How would one go about fitting several millions of species into the ark as it is described in Genesis?
How Many Species? A Study Says 8.7 Million, but It’s Tricky

By CARL ZIMMERAUG. 23, 2011

In the foothills of the Andes Mountains lives a bat the size of a raspberry. In Singapore, there’s a nematode worm that dwells only in the lungs of the changeable lizard.

The bat and the worm have something in common: They are both new to science. Each of them recently received its official scientific name: Myotis diminutus for the bat, Rhabdias singaporensis for the worm.

These are certainly not the last two species that scientists will ever discover. Each year, researchers report more than 15,000 new species, and their workload shows no sign of letting up. “Ask any taxonomist in a museum, and they’ll tell you they have hundreds of species waiting to be described,” says Camilo Mora, a marine ecologist at the University of Hawaii.
